HIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We ship to multiple countries including Canada, the United States, and select international destinations. Delivery times vary by location:
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- United States: 7-14 business days
- International: 10-21 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website.
Shipping Delays
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
PO Box Addresses
Orders placed with P.O. Box shipping addresses will be canceled. Please provide a valid residential or business street address at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at akitacommerceinc@gmail.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
